Implied element test

Since the HTML and BODY elements are implied, if their opening tag is omitted, it makes no difference - BODY/HTML {} should work regardless.

  1. If this page has red text, it passes the BODY implication test.
  2. If it has a yellow background, it passes the HTML implication test.
