None of the following should be red

  1. It is normal to select the first preferred style sheet and ignore the rest, but an http-equiv=Default-Style has overridden that.

  2. This is the last preferred style sheet and thus should be ignored.

  3. There are two http-equivs, and the last one takes precedence.

  4. Title is case-sensitive.
